    I imagine the property manager had really top-notch tenant screening on those as well - filled the sunken loungeroom with dirt and planted veggies??? If ever there was an argument that democracy was putting a loaded gun into the hands of a fool...

    I see that a lot on A Current Affairs, not that I watch that trash much. You can insure yourself against damage from tenants.
