Running two businesses under the one address

    Hi All,

    I'm looking at buying an established takeaway but it is currently being run within a 100m2 property. I'm looking at setting up a completely new business and sharing the property - so two businesses under the one address.

    Is this allowed and if it is what do I need to know in regards to tax etc? Anything else I need to do/know? I was going to have different ABNs (If needed)/different financials etc to keep all clean and tidy.

    Would it be best to just half all the expenses 50/50?
