Just wondering if anyone know why SGB has basically dropped to its lowest point in 12 months?

do you live under a rock???

Actually SGB has first mortages over centros properties so it shouldnt have a huge impact if centro went under...

Heh, no I'm just new to most of this, and unfortunately haven't been keeping a close eye on my shares lately.

So what exactly is the go with these centros property things?

    I see...

So this doesn't look like its gonna be ending anytime soon? SGB will continue to drop for quite some time?

    Exactly what I was thinking...

I was recently planning on putting another $10k into my portfolio.

I was originally planning on either investing in CBA, BHP or WOW, but with SGB as low as it is atm (lowest in 12 months) it looks like a VERY good time to buy.

The only question is, how low will it go?

Perfect, now is a great time to top up.. if you were looking for a entry point, now is the time to get in at a discount.. are you getting in at the bottom? who knows, but you are getting in at discounted rates!

Of course, now looks to be a great time to buy, although I may wait till the week is out to see how things go, I'm thinking it still might drop a little more.

Then I just hope it doesn't take to long to get back up.

Now I gots to transfer money over to my CDIA account and prepare myself!

I just hope next time I got the money to make another injection SGB doesn't drop again, I've been wanting to increase my holding in CBA, but with SGB this low I can't pass up the oppurtunity.

and then the horse might bolt!

Look at centro.. bottom was 50 odd cents, and today closed 82c..

when the horse runs, it bolts!

prehaps but a portion now, and leave some for later..

    True.

Well regardless, theres no way I can have my money transferred into my CDIA account before like, tomorrow afternoon, so i'll just have to hope for the best.

I'll see how things are looking on Fridays close, then Sunday night, Monday morning put my order in and pray for the best. :p

A mate at work just bought $1600 worth of shares in centro (as of yesterday) he's already made a 10% paper profit I think.
