Margin Loans Share Broker

    is it possible to have say my margin loan with comsec/suncorp/LE and use the services of another broking firm to trade? I like andrew wests reseach, however i want to keep using my comsec margin loan for the short term, how would i go about doing this?

    I know for my Banksa one I just have to tell the broker that it will settle via the margin loan. I would think you would also have to give them your client number and chess details. I like simple things so I will stick to a one stop shop service for my shares and loan.

    I have a margin loan with LE, and an account with Comsec. It is easy to set up, but Comsec told me the standard broking fee would be $81.90, compared to $19.95 if I used a ComSec margin loan (or just a standard transaction account). :mad:
