SMSF Co Partners in Leasing and Real Estate

    Hi,

    I would like to start a similar funds management, that Bunnings use. The Super Fund own the Real Estate and Bunnings lease the building of them.

    Looking for 4 teams of 4 individuals, per team of SMSF
    4 individuals team up together( this is the max number allowed by ATO)
    4 Teams will come together and be the core of this Super fund
    Will look at SMSF pro to manage, so that cost are spread over the 4 teams

    The Investment strategy will be
    SHORT TERM (liquid) investment in top 5 local shares Woolworths, Bunnings, 3 other top earning on stock market
    MID TERM: Leasing company leasing Audio visual equipment
    LONG TERM: Real Estate that my projects lease

    My name is Willie Hill and am the creator of' Lord of the Greens Inn, golf themed, Family Entertainment Center/Sports Bar concept and own the registered trade mark,
    This Australian SMSF will own all the Property, globally.
    The video game will engage 66 countries, which will have a HQ and 2-4 franchise per city that it opens

    Hi Willie

    So......why would a SMSF want to invest in the 'schemes' you are putting forward?

    Also, are you proposing that 4 total strangers invest jointly in the same SMSF? Have you thought about the practical implications of this?
