    Thankyou BillV and James Merchan for replying to my SMSF questions in my Introduction. I have just seen the thread on using a SMSF for rural farm property and it has answered alot of questions . Especially regarding the rules surrounding any dwellings, the LVR for commercial/business @ 50%, the fact that our ongoing super contributions from our employers do not get factored in to the SMSF's ability to service the loan and more. Some great information sharing - I really appreciate it - Chrissie
