Hey guys, I tried the general thread and no luck. So I'll try here, basically my uncle has a bunch of shares tied up in the USA, trying to help him out and find out if there is a way to sell those shares from Australia, bypassing the need for a broker.
    Appreciate any help :)

    welcome to InvestChat

i did notice your first post , but this is right outside my skill-set

i do have some international shares ( GETB is one ) but i am not set up to trade on international exchanges , and i no longer use the full-service broker ( who would have done that for a fee )

so apart from confirming that share your uncle's shares are US listed stocks

( not ASX listed stock PPG = PRO-PAC PACKAGING LIMITED ORDINARY FULLY PAID)

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (PPG) is a diversified manufacturing and distribution company, providing end to end solutions for general industrial and primary packaging, safety and PPE, food services and food processing sectors with a national footprint. The company operates two main divisions, namely, industrial packaging and rigid packaging.

Yeah unfortunately he was quite vague with me and I realise this would translate into greater ambiguity with my asking for help!

I appreciate your response, I might try to find a way to contact them directly and ask around.

    Thank you :)

    good luck ,

but after trying to track down some stuff , in an estate i inherited it can be a real tester for a novice

however don't give up hope ( just yet ) several other members are current or former industry professionals

bookmark this website ( link below ) in case to have to start a deeper search ( and neither of my suggestions was correct )

Search by company code : | deListed Australia

try to get the full name of the company ( that might also help you )
