In 2016, I bought my first property in Sydney NSW with a mortgage . However, I did not get any stamp duty exemption as new regulation has not applied at that time. I am the solely person on the mortgage as my husband was not Permanent Resident so he was not included in the property. Now in 2018, me and husband are looking for second property. My husband is PR now. I just want to ask is there any chance that we could be eligible for Stamp Duty Concession?
