Sub-division LMR zone

    Hello,

    I am interested in buying a plot (with an existing old house), want to remove the house, sub-divide the plot into 2 and sell it.

    The zone I am interested to buy is LMR in Queensland with good public transport. Attached are the dimensions of the plot, can somebody tell if it is possible to sub-divide the plot into 2 and sell it after buying.
