    Hi All,

I sublet and overcrowd several properties :) so I guess im a property investor :)

Im signing a new apartment and the realestate has said there is a new lease now that lets them terminate a lease instantly if there are more than the people named on the lease residing in the apartment.

It is extremely hard to prove subletting and harder to get it through the tribunal but has anything changed?

How long can someone stay until they are considered to be residing in a property?

I have a few units, I keep them well, have had a few of them for over two years.
