Sydney Building Inspector

Hi guys,

I'm looking at conducting a building inspection of a property in Ryde and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good & reasonably priced building inspector?

Not living in Sydney I'm not sure who's good & who's not.

Similarly, if you know a good & reasonably priced pest inspector that would also be great!

I don't know how others do their purchases but I usually get my solicitor to arrange the building and pest inspection. You won't save much by organising it all yourself and it could be hard to arrange payment.

My clients and colleagues have used him and all been happy to date. Not sure about Ryde prices but ask him anyway. He's certainly not the cheapest but I've found, through experience, you're better off paying a little extra for someone thorough and well respected in the industry.
