Boy has this part of Sydney been busy lately!- with auction clearance rates highest for some time, prices easily being achieved that weren't 12 mths ago and real estate agents not bothering to return calls of interest due to a flood of enquiries....... from what I'm seeing it's all busy busy busy... One indicator that things are on the improve are the increasing numbers of properties being taken to auction lately- looks like demand is outstripping supply, particularly in the first home buyer price range for these suburbs $300-550K).
