Tax Deed and Tax Liens Anyone?

    Has anyone here tried investing in tax deeds and tax liens in the USA? I was looking to try directly investing but ended up going with a small fund that has a proven record at 19% pa (they do take 2% commission on all returns).

    Interested to know if anyone else has had success in this market? It seems to offer good returns and a relatively low risk if the due diligence is done well.
