    Hi,

    Has anyone had any problems with Terri Scheer Landlord's Insurance?
    I wanted to cancel a policy within the 30 day cooling off period(as it is no longer required) but they are not replying to my emails.

    Any recommended insurers for regular building and contents insurance(not landlord)?

    I've been pretty happy with Real Insurance over the last few years.

    Terri Scheer had been recommended to me highly by some of the property managers that I have worked with.

    Have you tried calling them up?

    Do not insure with Terri Scheer

    They are the worst landlords insurance around.
    Ive been with them for 5 years and when it was
    time for me to make a claim (after my tenants trashed
    my property) it got denied. I did
    everything by the books but it was there word
    against mine. So I demanded a refund and am
    with Suncorp. Theyre awesome :)
