    actually I don't have the buy it now mentality. I only have a couple 'toys' which I own, and never were bought on credit.. always cash.. I only borrow to buy investments..

    rather than buying that car on credit, I think.. gee that $1000 per month would buy a investment property! at least in 5 years time I will own something. A car will always get you from A to B, regardless if its a $5000 s box or a $50,000 Audi.

    At the end of the day buying big expensive things which you can't afford brings more headaches than pleasure. The novelty of a new toy wears of quickly, but the debt can linger around for many years.
