Any holding LEI (Leighton Holdings) or have any thoughts about them ?
I wish I got some at $37, sub prime is the main concern if it raises borrowing costs. Goes ex on the 10th.
sub prime is the main concern if it raises borrowing costs ? Could you expand on that a little for me, not quite understanding ?
While official rates may remain stable the capital raising market which provides the working capital of many companies has had a big hit where it hurts them the most making them pass on many new loans. Less capital available raises the cost of available funds due to supply and demand, that will either cut into profit margins or be passed on to customers, each has it's share of problems.
