I haven't read his book yet but it's now near the top of my list. Apparently it contains a very good explanation of Living Off Equity (LOE).

I would recommend the book if you are a novice to property investing. I just finished reading it last month. I surely learnt a lot from it.

    cheers

way off topic, but I'm going to make the switch mid year and get a mac book pro. (will most likely dual boot with vista and use vm ware fusion to access vista while still in osx)

If this was whirlpool, you would be either deleted or in the penalty box!

back on topic again, in short, how is Yardney's version of LOE different to Navra's?

Not 100% sure, but I don't think Micheal Yardneys' plan involves using shares/mgd funds

I learned a lot from his book. It was easy to read and I enjoyed his seminars too.

His seminar was good, information is a bit basic if you've been hanging around forums for a while. But good information and well presented.

Haven't read his book but planning to.
