    Hello, we're probably about to buy house and land in Toowoomba as an investment on the Western side (approx 10 mins) of Toowoomba CBD. Any thoughts, opinions? I know it's headed for some growth and a population increase. My fear is that it is rural, at the end of the day, and I fear that it slumps.
