I'm very excited to announce a new business Nick and I have just launched called InvestFree, which is a commission rebate service.

Aimed at DIY investors, our new service collects trailing commissions paid out by fund managers and insurers and pays them back to you monthly as cash.

If you have managed funds, personal super funds, cash management trusts, or personal insurance, you are probably paying trailing commissions - even if you don't have a financial advisor, most fund managers keep these commissions themselves!

We are also negotiating with some insurance providers to extend our coverage from just life and trauma insurance to other types of general insurance as well. We'll keep you posted!

Our service is a little different to others out in the marketplace. We have partnered with the experts in commission management systems, a group called CommRewards (these guys actually wrote the software that many planner groups use to manage their commissions!), and they have built an automated processing system for rebating trail commission payments. As such, we are able to provide:

    • Monthly commission payments, not annual payments!
    • Online tracking and full transparency of all commission payments
    • Significantly lower administration fees, means more cash back in your pocket
    • Direct deposit into your bank account (or mortgage account!), on a monthly basis
    • Combine all of your accounts across personal/business/trust/super investments and pay only one administration fee!
    • 100% rebate of all up-front fees

You can find our website at: www.investfree.com.au
