    Whilst it may not sound like an interesting read there's a few interesting points raised in the report. For example there's a neat summary of the small business tax concessions...

    Not a cover to cover page turner...but something to dip into...

    They do make an interesting point saying what happens "when the commodity boom" ends???

    That's when Perth and Darwin catch up to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
