    Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

If you have a company C atf a trust T, and the trust holds assets a b c.

Can the trust be split with the same beneficiaries, and assets transferred to the new trust without incurring CGT and SD?

I know cloning and mirroring can no longer be done, but im not sure about splitting.

    Thanks in advance!
