Is there a reason why the performance figures on the Navra site are not updated daily of late.

Still showing -0.08% for both Aust funds and -3.70 for U.S fund and have been like that for a little while now.

It is unusual (and frustrating) I agree. The unit prices screen has the flashing red message that they are experiencing 'technical difficulties' and that our patience is appreciated. Probably means the one person who knows how to update the web pages is off sick or something.

Huh. I'm not getting the red flashing message on my screen ?????

Have just been checking the site everyday and noticed it not updated.

Did check my holdings through the Investor serve page and noticed it has dropped a bit in the las couple of days :( . Must be the state of things at the moment. Hopefully that will turn around in the near future.

There is a message about technical difficulties on the NavraInvest website at the moment - so I think we just need to be a bit patient.

Not that it matters, but I'm darned if I can see the message re technical difficulties on the Navre site.

Is the message on the home page?

    Aha, Thanks Jayar.

There it is, as bold as anything

I usually just check the updates on the home page.

    G'day Michael

I just punch those figures into my spread sheet every day. American funds as well.

Yes, but where do you get them from every day? I just rely on the Navra site for my share price info. InvestorServe seems to always be out by a fair amount and lags the real price.

    Cheers,
    Michael.

    G'day Michael

I also get them from the Navra site but when that site is down or I'm eager to see the new figures I use Investoserve. I have always found Investoserve to be updated daily ie I have never noticed a problem with their data.
Navra site now posts their update app. 3pm due to the American fund but Investoserve still usually post the new Aust. fund data around 11 - 12.

I notice that the performance figures are appearing again.

Whatever was wrong has obviously been fixed :)
