US Tea Party Rallies

    So it looks as if many of the US tea party rallies got well underway albeit relatively peacefully. Apparently thousands upon thousands of people rallied all around the US (some say it was well in excess of 100,000+) to challenge the US government on their tax spending centering around the belief that being taxed without representation goes against the constitution.

    Whilst it appears that most of the rallies have been relatively mild, I will be very interested to see what they are like next year when the love for Obama has worn off, the government ups taxes by 5% (which they have already said they will be doing), with unemployment at 10 - 12%+ with most of those probably being off unemployment benefits, and the recessions effects still lingering!

    So I'm backing that next year's rallies will be a lot more passionate...
