Has anyone ever used these online incorporators to create your company or trust?

ie Register a Company Online - Company Registration with Incorporator AU , Online Company Registration - $467 online company registrations with Reckon Shelco, Register A Company - Australian Company Registration, Incorporation and Formation Specialists - Form a Company in Australia, Australian Legal Documents Online - Cleardocs just to name the few i've looked at so far

I will have $400k+ in cash from the sale of a house and i want to be able to move it in other investments, but I really want to do this in a company/trust structure.

Basically I can't really see much of a downside with the company setup, but each one seems to have their own versions of DTs.

Im basically leaning towards setting up the company myself and seeing a solicitor/accountant for the trust setup once the company is active, but im wondering on other peoples experiences and if the trusts are worth setting up online if they are very basic (ie company trustee, beneficiaries are family and any companies they have an interest in).
