    Hi,

Does anybody know of any funds that invest in 'Value' investments, preferably as an ASX traded ETF or index fund to take advantage of the lower fees.

I think "value investing" is more of an investment style than an investment type.

ie. it is a style of picking stocks, rather than a type of stock you can invest in.

Most ETFs are index trackers, and like Index funds, they do NOT "pick stocks", they simply invest in what the index they track consists of.

... so I'm not sure you are going to find what you are looking for.

Ahh yes thanks samaka, there are a couple of "value" style LICs around ... jomond, have a look at the info on the ASX website - particularly the research reports (over on the right hand side of the page): How do Listed Investment Companies (LICs) work on ASX

From some of those reports, I found ARG, AFI, DJW, VTP and HHV are all LICs which are listed as having a "value" style of investing.

I make no recommendations either way about any of these investments!!

Have you had a look at Clime? They don't do an ETF but they do have a managed fund.

And software to help you build your own Value Portfolio.

    Just a thought.
