    Does anyone know if Westpac are still trying to buy Rams or have they finished their due diligence and pulled the plug on the idea?

    I understand it has gone through.
    It has been approved by RAMS shareholders and becomes effective 4th Jan 2008 according to the Westpac Media Release of 26th November.
