    Thanks Nigel. Glad there were lots of graphs :)

    Nothing there motivated me to get into the market, well the NSW market anyway. Though they confirm that prices in NSW have dropped 20% from their peak.

    Interesting that Melb is more affordable than Bris but Bris has better yeilds.
