Hi guys! Thanks for your time and I appreciate any help you can give!

Ok we have a 338000 mortgage for a second home, we are $16000 ahead.
after bills we can put $1400 a month away and we've been stashing it on the mortgage. We have no car, credit card or personal loans.

I really want to make our money work for us instead of me working so much as I'm self employed!

what would you suggest as the best place to start?

take the 16000 and delete it from the loan to free up pur money as $700 a fortnight saving is pretty tight or invest it? Should we keep saving and get our mortgage under 300k then look to drawing down the house.

My ultimate goal is no mortgage and investment properties.
