*** My approach is not about "predicting" what the market will do but always having a plan in place and being ready for opportunities when they arise. Hoarding cash for long periods of time is counter-productive. Hence why I tend to use debt in times of extraordinary opportunity. ***

avoiding debt burdens is a family trait ( i may even be an even further ostracized family outcast , by investing in other folks debt .. bonds/notes/hybrids and credit companies like CCP and CCV , if they ever find out )

i do try predicting but avoid a 100% conviction strategy ( as most did on the Brexit ) i had planned to watch HGG , CYB and CDM ... i grabbed some HGG , added extra CDM , but couldn't find an attractive price for CYB ( yet ).

these seem to be unusual times ( coming )

    good luck
