At the risk of posting the most stupid question on this site ever….. How do I pay my Trusts withhold tax commitments? I can’t anything on the ATO website which directly answers the question. In case it matters, I am the sole employee of the Trust which has a corporate Trustee which I am the Director of. Does this need to be paid monthly, quarterly, yearly??? Any help on the forms I should have/need to complete and where I send the cheque to would be greatly appreciated. Must admit, I didn’t know trying to pay the government money was so hard!!!
