    Pretty silly ruling i think. Especially in that particular case. If WSA tell you to go and use eGate for payment processing and then ANZ tell them that more information is required before they can go ahead, how is that WSA's fault? And if he lost money because of the delay in setting up the site then that is his bad luck , problems like this occurr in business everyday, its party of running a business!

    Have to agree with Leandro, pretty dumb decision. These are a lot of business owners out there who would gladly sacrifice an employee to limit their own liability. Once again the poor sap on the bottom of the heap carries the can.
